Construction

We are getting some work done in the basement of our house.  There are workers coming and going which Beren has been really good about and doesn't seem bothered by it.  However, sometimes there are loud noises and he runs to be by my side.  I feel bad that he is scared, but I love when he wants to cuddle!

He didn't want me to do yoga.  He just wants cuddles instead.  Haha!

Chewing Toes

Beren loves laying on his back to play.  But apparently he doesn't always need a toy when he can chew on his feet.  Haha!  

Happy Pup!

I LOVE seeing Beren play with his toys like this, because I know that he is happy and feels good!  Not to mention that it is so adorable!

Sleepy Pup

Beren is having a bad day, but sleeping with his toys in the sun seems to be helping him feel better.  I wish he never had bad days and always felt good, but with the hole in his heart, he has a lot of bad days.  :(

Play Date with Thomas

Trying to get a picture of Beren and Thomas together was not easy, so this is the best I got.

Thomas decided to play with his toys, even though he generally isn't interested in toys.  Poor Beren REALLY wanted at least the ball to play with, but Thomas didn't want to share.  Hahaha!

Bath and Play!

Beren's feeling better and got a bath today!  He loves taking his antibiotic because he gets it with peanut butter.  All in all, he is much happier than he had been for a bit.  Well, I mean, he was happy until it was bath time.  Hahaha!  He perked up again after bath time for play time though!  Make sure you watch the video at the end to see him trying to convince me to play with him!

Vet Trip

Pupper isn't feeling well.  We aren't sure what is wrong, but he has a fever so we are starting him on antibiotics and getting blood work done.  Truth is, with his heart condition, he has a lot of days where he obviously isn't feeling well, and with his bad eye, he runs into things and hurts himself.  But he is being especially irritable and looking especially uncomfortable, so we want more answers.  I love his pup and am so proud of how well he did at the vet today with getting blood drawn.  He stayed close to me and didn't seem interested in exploring, which is also a sure sign he doesn't feel well.
