Fluffy Pets

All my pets are so fluffy!  I probably need to brush the cats and dog way more often than I do... 

I really enjoyed taking pictures of Arien, Kira, and Beren.  It had been quite a while since I used anything other than my cell phone camera on these guys!

More Cell Phone Pictures

Arien is so long and slender now!  Her tail seems unnaturally long.  She loves to cuddle in my lap while I am working, and she purrs until she falls asleep.  She like's to gently reach out and put her paw on my face, as if she's trying to pet me.  She's really quite a sweetheart.  But, she is a kitten with SO much energy.  She plays a lot!  She loves all toys and plenty of things that aren't toys too.  Beren doesn't like sharing his toys and will sometimes take them away from her, even though he doesn't want to play with it.  Kira and Arien spend lots of time wrestling and chasing each other through the house.  Arien usually doesn't like being held and instead prefers to ride on your shoulders.  She's amazingly good at balancing on someone's shoulders as they walk around, and she does it without digging her claws in.  She's an awesome cat, and we are so glad we saved her!

I love taking pictures of these two cuddling!  I'm always surprised that Arien is able to breath, but as the next picture shows, she wasn't completely smothered.  😂

Arien stole this window hammock from Kira, which is probably for the best, because it struggled a bit to hold Kira.  😁

This is how Arien lays on the floor after tearing through the house and attacking anything in her path.  She's crazy.

Arien is basically a pretzel and can get in the strangest positions.  She also has more white fur than most people realize.

Cell Phone Photo Dump

This is a photo dump of cell phone pictures from December.  They are too cute to not share, so I figured better late than never!  Plus, I haven't taken any new pictures recently, and I wanted to post something.  Hahaha!  

Arien and Kira are often sharing the same space especially if it's bath time that turns into a nap.  Kira often looks annoyed in those pictures, but I think it is partially because she doesn't like her picture being taken and not that she's upset with Arien (although she may be a bit upset with Arien too... 😁).

Arien has the most impressive whiskers that are way too long for her and I love them!

This picture was taken after Arien was back home from the vet for shots.  Kira looks SO happy that her sister is back!

There was a squirrel on the deck.  😂

This was taken as proof that Arien wouldn't leave me alone while I was trying to take a bath.  She has actually fallen in the tub while I was filling it, but apparently that wasn't enough to scare her away.  Truthfully, she really loves running water.  She comes running when she hears me turn on water and then gets as close as she possibly can.  When I shower, she is generally sitting on the side of the tub, between the curtains so she can see and not get too wet.
