Real Favorite Nap Spot

I gotta say, I think this is actually Kira and Beren's favorite place for a snooze.  I can find them here at least once a day.  Kira likes to sleep on the couch or chairs and Beren likes to sleep below her.  They always wake up as soon as I try to take a picture so they look weird.  Beren especially seems to have a 6th sense for when I am going to take a picture and he doesn't like his picture taken, so he often turns his face away.

Kira's Yearly Check-up

Kira had her yearly check-up at the vet today.  She is admittedly quite fat (14 pounds), but she's super active from running up and down stairs as well as playing with Beren.  

When I got home with her, Beren was quite concerned and wouldn't stop sniffing her and her cat carrier.  It's really quite cute how much he likes her and is concerned about her.

Not Quite Cuddle Buddies

It really is pretty difficult to get pictures of these two not hanging out together.  They like to play and nap together.  They don't actually cuddle, but they are always close.

Favorite Nap Spots

I was wondering where the pets went and I found them in their favorite spots and curled up for a nap.  Do you see Beren curled up in his cage?  I seriously love these two so much!

Happy Pets

The pets are happy to chill with me.  I'm happy to work from home so I can spend more time with them!

Kira's Gotcha Day

I feel pretty bad that I didn't post this sooner, but Saturday was one year since we brought Kira home!  She's the best cat I've ever had!  She's so playful and loves to chase Beren around.  She's so cuddly and loves to sleep next to either me or my husband each night.  She's very smart and seriously SO soft and fluffy!  We love her!

Working From the Deck

It's a BEAUTIFUL day today!  I decided to grab my Chromebook and work outside on our deck.  Beren is SO happy for the company!  I think he is more excited for when it will be break time for me so that I will play with him.  He is actually pretty distracting to me because he's just so cute!
