Dirty Boy

So, it rained a lot this week and was fairly warm which meant our yard was a muddy flood zone that Beren absolutely loved!  I think I have given him over 10 baths just this week.  He is pretty cute though.  :)

Posing

My little boy is growing up SO quickly!  Isn't he so cute??!!  He does weird things with his ears.  He doesn't seem to know how to hold them.  Hahaha!  :)  I am glad he is doing well though!  He is learning new tricks and picking up on new commands so quickly!  He is a very smart boy!  :)

Stretch!

I can't believe how long Beren is!  Sometimes when he is curled up, he is able to hide how big he is, but sometimes, he stretches completely out and I am left in shock!  He isn't my tiny puppy anymore!

Eyes

I finally got a good picture to show how drastically different Beren's eyes are.  One is dark brown with a distinct red tint to it and the other is a light brown that sometimes looks like it has hints of green, blue, gray, or yellow depending on the light.  His left eye (the dark brown) is the one that we think he has trouble seeing out of.  It is often very bloodshot as if it is constantly strained.  I feel so bad for my little boy!  I wish I could help him!  He will often be so focused on playing that he runs into things like the coffee table, couch, or even the walls themselves.  He does better when he isn't as hyper.  

More Baths!

If you are getting tired of pictures of Beren getting a bath, I am sorry!  I just think he is so cute when he is helpless!  He always has the same look on his face!  It's a mixture between wanting help and wallowing in self pity.  Hahaha!  He get so happy when he gets to be dried off with a towel!  He thinks it is a game to try to attack the towel.  Silly boy!  :)

Bath and Basement

Thomas is back home and Beren is missing his friend.  And it was Beren's turn for a bath!  I love the way he holds his ears out like Yoda!  Hahaha!  We spent a lot of time working on a project in our basement.  Beren got to tired to stay awake, but wanted to be close to us, so he curled up to sleep at the bottom of the stairs.  I think that was his way of making sure we could leave without him.  What a smart little boy!  I accidentally woke him up when I tried to get a picture of him all curled up!  He looks so tiny when he does that!

Trying to Share Toys

Thomas hasn't really shown much interest in playing with toys until today.  He really seems to like this little blue toy!  Beren wasn't sure he wanted to share so he tried to take it from Thomas.  Thomas made it clear that it was his turn to play and that sharing wasn't an option.  Haha!  Poor Beren!  :)
